1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in apple picking on a working orchard involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Uneven terrain, insects, weather conditions
Falling apples, branches, or slips and falls
Interaction with tools or equipment
I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby waive, release, and discharge The Yard Orchard & Co, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from my participation in apple picking activities, including transportation to/from the orchard.
This waiver applies to myself and others in my group.
3. Medical Treatment
I authorize The Yard Orchard & Co to secure emergency medical treatment for me or my child(ren) if necessary and I accept financial responsibility for such care.
4. Photo & Video Release
I grant The Yard Orchard & Co the right to take photographs and/or videos of me and any minors listed below during our visit. These may be used for promotional purposes including social media, websites, and printed materials.
